Eazy Plug is an easy-to-use, stable, and clean substrate material. It consists of a special blend of various organic materials. Eazy Plugs are securely bound, do not decompose, but are compostable. They have a very favorable water-to-air ratio, ensuring optimal nutrient supply for your plants.

Application

These large, round Eazy Plugs are the perfect size for the net pots of our planting columns. They are easy to use. Simply soak the Eazy Plugs in water (ideally pH 5.8) for a few minutes until fully saturated. They will only hold the amount of water needed for the seeds or seedlings. Remove the plugs from the water and let them drain briefly. Then, insert the seeds into the seed slit. For seedlings, we recommend cutting the plugs lengthwise and inserting the seedlings. To stabilize the Eazy Plugs in net pots, we recommend embedding them with expanded clay pebbles (available separately).

The 104 Eazy Plug substrates are in a plastic tray. This tray can be cut to size, for example with scissors, to suit use in propagation greenhouses.
